IMPORT AND EXPORT TARIFF OF CHINA 2019
Taxation Committee Announcement [2018] No. 11
According to the "Regulations on Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China" and related regulations, the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China (2019)" is hereby promulgated and will be implemented from January 1, 2019. Where laws and administrative regulations provide otherwise for import and export tariff lines and tax rate adjustments, such provisions shall prevail.
